Services will be Thursday at 2 p.m. at the First United Methodist Church, Eufala. The Rev. Posey Gaines will officiate. Services locally will be Saturday at 2 p.m. at the Dudgeon-McCulley Funeral Home, Wapello. The Rev. George Yetter will officiate. Burial will be in the Parsons Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society. Mrs. Schwob was born Nov. 12, 1912, at West Side, a daughter of Edward and Laura Marie Kracht Peters. She married Walter (Pete) Schwob, June 3, 1935, at Davenport. She received her BA from Iowa Wesleyan College and taught for 33 years in the Wapello School District. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church, Eufaula, Order of Eastern Star, No. 257, Wapello, and Iowa Education Associations. She is survived by her husband, one daughter, Shirley Schneider, Hedrick; one brother, Edward Peters, Jr., Arlington, Va.; three grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
