Services will be 2 p.m. Monday at the Wapello Cemetery. Visitation is after 2 p.m. today at Dudgeon-McCulley Funeral Home, Wapello. He operated a plumbing business with his brother and father for 48 years. He served in the Navy during World War II. He was a member of the Wapello American Legion and a life-member of the National Rifleman’s Association. Memorials may be made to the Wapello Rescue Unit. Survivors include his brother, Richard “Dick”, Wapello; sisters, Martha Wilke, Wapello, and Gloria Hemphill, Mediapolis; and nieces and nephews.
