The remains of Neal Toland, who died at Ukiah, California, on last Thursday are expected to arrive at Letts today, and upon the arrival of the body, funeral arrangements will be made. The exact cause of the unexpected death is not known as the message received by relatives at Letts, Iowa, was brief. It was not known however, that he was ill and the tidings came as a shock to the family. Mr. Toland had resided at Ukiah for about a year where he was employed as an attendant at the State Asylum for the Insane. He was thirty-two years of age and was unmarried. He is a son of Mr. and Mrs. Frank Toland, of Letts, and aside from his parents is survived by three brothers and trhee sisters who are, James R. and Owen F., and Dewey, of Letts, and Mrs. F. M. Cox, of Kellerton, Iowa, and Mrs. W.F. Hartman and Miss Velma, of Letts.
