Daisy M. Todd, 83, of San Diego, Calif., died Saturday, Feb. 8, 1992 at Mission Hills Health Care Center in San Diego, Calif. Born Sept 5, 1908 in Toolesboro, she was the daughter of George and Rose Lamb Ashby. She married John Harlan "Happy" Todd June 30, 1927, in Wapello. He died May 27, 1988. She had been a longtime resident of Wapello. Survivors include two sons, John Todd of San Diego, and Gary Todd of Mesa, Ariz.; three brothers, Roger Ashby of Lacey, Wash., and Harry Ashby and Robert Ashby, both of Burlington; and three grandchildren. Besides her husband, she was preceded in death by her parents, two sisters and three brothers. The family will meet friends from 7 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the Dudgeon-McCulley Funeral Home in Wapello. The funeral for Mrs. Toddd will be 10:30 a.m. Friday at Dudgeon-McCulley Funeral HOme with the Rev. Jack Kirk officiating. Burial will be in the Wapello Cemetery.
