Boulton, 42, of Wapello will be 1:30 p.m. Tuesday at Dudgeon-McCulley Funeral Home. Burial will be in Wapello Cemetery. Visitation is 7 to 8 p.m. Monday. Mrs. Boulton died Saturday at her home. Mrs. Boulton was a student at South East Community College, West Burlington. Sandra Tompkins married Douglas Boulton in 1979. Survivors include her husband; a daughter, Angela Shafer, at home; a son, Jonathon Schafer, Muscatine; two grandchildren; her mother, Georgia Tompkins, Wapello; her father, Lyle Tompkins, Fruitland; a sister, Phillis Hamilton, Muscatine; and brothers, Jerald Tompkins, Troutman, N.C., and Lyle J., Lime Springs.
