Skipto DATE: 2/9/2010 at 13:35:02 Surnames: SCHULTZ,WHEELER,KNOTT,HAKE,REICHERT,BENNETT,BROWN Source: Louisa County Historical Society Inez Marie Schultz, 77, died Thursday evening at Muscatine General Hospital. She had been living with her children for the past few years. Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at the Dudgeon-McCulley Funeral Home, Wapello. The Rev. George Yetter will officiate. Visitation will begin this afternoon, with the family at the funeral home between 7 and 8 p.m. Burial will be in the Grandview Cemetery. Pallbears will be Kenneth Reichert, Jeffery Reichert, Kevin Reichert, Darren Reichert, Dwayne Hake and Scott Shoultz, all grandsons. Flowers girls will be Chris and Brenda Shultz, granddaughters. Mrs. Schultz was born Sept. 25, 1908, in Port Louisa Township near Wapello, the daughter of Andrew and Alice Knott Wheeler. She had been a former Wapello resident. She married Albert Schultz Oct. 6, 1926, in Muscatine. He preceded her in death on June 14, 1973. She was a member of the Lone Tree Methodist Church. Surviving are two sons, Harry of Nichols and Albert of Grandview; two daughters, Maybelle Hake of Olepha, Kansas, and Dorothy Reichert of Muscatine; 17 grandchildren; three brothers, Omar Wheeler of Bay City, Mich., and Chester and Larnell Wheeler, both of Muscatine; and two sisters, Maybelle Bennett and Anna Brown, both of Wapello.
