Services will be held Thursday at 10:30 a.m. at the Ralph J. Wittich Funeral Home with the Rev. Lief Pohl officiating. Pallbearers are Jack Wulf, Carl Sachs, Kevin Carter and Ted Sulzberger. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery. Mrs. Pippert was born June 4, 1899 at Birkenau Odw., Germany, a daughter of Peter and Magelena Stoekler Sachs. She married Herman Pippert on April 21, 1930 in Muscatine. Survivors include one son, Herman Pippert, Jr., Fayetteville; one daughter, Helen Wulf, Muscatine; seven grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and one sister, Mrs. Phillip (Marie) Pressler, Birkenau Odw.
