Dotson, 90, died today at the Wapello Nursing Home. Services are 2 p.m. Saturday at the First Presbyterian Church, Wapello. The Revs. James Dotson and Bill Young will officiate. Burial will be at the Wapello Cemetery. Visitation is after noon Friday at the Dudgeon-McCulley Funeral Home where a memorial has been established. The family will meet with friends from 7 to 8 p.m. Mrs. Dotson was born April 6, 1897 at rural Morning Sun, a daughter of John C. and Mary Bashford Green. On Sept. 19, 1917 she married Lee E. Dotson in Morning Sun. She was a member of the First Presbyterian Church, the Merry Makers Club and Delta Alpha of Wapello. Survivors include four sons, Philip Dotson, Phoenix; Jack Dotson and Lee Earl Dotson Jr., both of Wapello; and Glen Dotson, also of Phoenix; one daughter, Mrs. Ralph (Mary Jane) Scheihing, Wapello; 17 grandchildren; 31 great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren.
