I am seeking info on Isaac Moore Jr. or his father, Isaac Moore Sr. Isaac Jr. m. C/Sharlotte Chambers on 9/3/1835. Have no spouse for Isaac Sr.; his other children are: Nathan Moore, b. 2/4/1813; Leital Moore, b. 2/25/1815; Charloty Moore, b. 12/18/1817; and Elizabeth Moore, b. 3/30/1822. Isaac Jr. and S/Charlotte Moore had the following children: Sarah Jane (my g.g.grandmother), b. 1852 (m. Thomas Hall Bousman 1/10/1870 in KS); George W., b. abt 1853; Samuel A.; Martha (m. Edward Blair); James Riley (killed in Civil War); Allen; and Wilbert. I have a letter dated 1864 from Isaac Jr. and C/Sharlotte Moore with the name of Columbus, Iowa at the top. It states that one of the children (Wilbert) had typhoid fever in 1864. It also mentions Allen Moore and Lib (possibly Elizabeth, his sister). Mentions someone by the name of Dubois. Others mentioned include: Samuel Moore and family, Sam Chambers (possibly C/Sharlotte's brother) and Aunt Sharlotte).
