A recent posting from Keith/Connie Street stated that tax, land records etc. exist for some areas around Wapello. I have for some time been attempting to secure information concerning the 16th Iowa Inf. regiment of the Civil War - unsucessfully. Does any of this info exist in Wapello and if so does anyone know how I can gain access to it? My sincere appreciation, Gene Fox superfoxes@aol.com
