    3. Janice No problem. I use Excel also and when I want to send part of it to someone, I copy and paste to Word, shuffle everything around to the way I want it, then either send as an attachment or copy and paste a second time directly to the E-mail I'm writing. I realize that that is a round about way of doing things -- that one doesn't have to do all that micky-mousing around with the various family tree soft war packages available -- but I started with Office when I couldn't afford the other and have learned to like, even prefer it, now. Especially Excel where you can click and drag and shuffle everything around the way you want. I'll let you know if I run across anything else. I also want to apologize for the way the names were listed. (In a long, long column.) I tried to "copy and paste" from the Excel worksheet, and didn't realize until I saw my message on the list that it didn't work. Still learning computer stuff, and didn't know I couldn't do that. > Jan > > ______________________________
