Betttijane, I have no clue what you are talking about. If you want to change an official record, you have to go to court to do it. You must prove to a judge that the recorded information is incorrect. You can't just walk in and change it. I suspect what he thought was that you wanted to write over the record, if he said no genealogist would do that. I told Ron privately there would be no more messages from me on this list, but I couldn't stand by and have my husband attacked. He is the most sensitive and caring person in the world and I can't imagine him saying anything disrespectful or hurtful to any living person. So long.
