I would like to add my thanks and good wishes to Keith & Connie Street. Your contributions to this list (and the contributions of others) make this list a very valuable resource to a good many people! I would like to be added to the list of MILLER & HAMILTON researchers, if one is being kept going forward. I haven't yet seen any request for HAMILTON, so if you would be so kind, I would appreciate seeing that list of researchers. MILLER: Henry D. Miller sp: Lydia WINECUP |_ Alexander |_ William S. |_ Henry D. |_ Francis M. |_ Niles W. |_ Joradus M. sp: Eliza Jane HAMILTON (most info available on this line as this is where I descend from) |_ Martha S. |_ George W. |_ Emarance |_ Rosela I have some additional information on other branches as well, but I do not know from whence Henry D. & Lydia came. HAMILTON: Jonathan HAMILTON sp: Harriet ROWE |_ James Alexander |_ Mary Ann |_ Lucinda |_ David |_ Rueben |_ Minervia |_ Jonathan |_ Jesse |_ Harriett |_ Eliza Jane (mine, see above) I have some additional info that was shared by another researcher, but which I have not confirmed. Alexander HAMILTON sp: Mary WOLF |_ 11 children of which my Jonathan above was #5. David WOLF sp: Elizabeth PARKER |_ don't know of any children other than Mary (above) I don't know any further back on any of these lines. Thanks, Erin S Windsor, CT
I am also researching both HAMILTON and MILLER. John HAMILTON & wife Elizabeth BROWN came to Louisa county from Preble county, Ohio where many of their children were born. John, Elizabeth and the older children were born in SC. Their children were Catherine, Nancy, Jane, Mary, Grace, Alexander, Samuel, Andrew, William, John. John MILLER & his wife, Nancy HAMILTON (sister of John HAMILTON) were from SC to Ohio. One of their children, John B. MILLER married Ann PAISLEY. Andrew HAMILTON married Lydia PAISLEY (twin sister of Ann), William HAMILTON married Lydia PAISLEY (sister of Ann & Lydia).
