While there are records of the German Reformed Church there, records of congregatinos of the Deutsche Evangelische Reformierte Kirche may be several places. First, of course, is the local congregation whose records you are seeking. Virtually every German Evangelical Reformed Church is now part of the United Church of Christ. For example, in Burlington IA, what was Deutsche Zion Evangelische Kirche is now Zion United Church of Christ. Second, if the congregation whose records you are seeking is in Iowa (MO, NE and region), start with Eden Theological Seminary in Webster Groves, MO, which was the German Evangelical Reformed seminary serving Iowa in the 19th century.
