The official UsGenWeb Census is not affected by this latest action of our National UsGenWeb Coordinator. I am not certain of all of the details, but somewhere along the line, a second census site was put up which did not follow the UsGenWeb Project guidelines or their recommended format. Despite efforts to merge the two, they never came to an agreement and the secondary site has been removed from any connection to the UsGenWeb Project. Don't worry the census records we worked on or are working on are still intact and safe as they do conform to the UsGenWeb standards and were connected to the official Census site. Norma Jennings
