I ran into the same problem with Genealogylibrary.com (also ancestry.com) Your subscription is automatically renewed.. When you wade through their web sites, their information states "for your convienience, we will automatically renew your subscription." You need to keep your renewel date in mind & cancel well before the next billing date.
