If you still have a copy of the email..send it to your credit card company and show them that you did not give them permission to charge your account. The Credit card company should remove the charges and also I am not sure who you would call but may try the Better Busdiness Bureau.

Good luck getting your credit card company to stop them from charging. I have had major bad luck with AOL. They were told way back in August NOT to charge my account any more and to close it. They billed me for the next 3 months on my card even though I told them to stop. I called the bank that had the credit card and they told me that they could NOT stop any one person from charging on the account. It was up to me to get AOL to stop. I had to file a complaint against AOL with the bank and it took me until Feb. of this year to get the money back and lo and behold, AOL billed me again for the 3 months the bank just re-embursed me. I contacted the Illinois Attorney General regarding the banks actions (I closed my visa with this bank) and AOL. It is still under dispute and I have not gotten my money back. Good luck to all those who may have problems or do have them. According to my stupid bank, we are at the people's mercy if we give them the credit card number.
