Anne and Janice, Don't know if this is your guy or not, but in the 1879 Lee County History book under Pleasant Ridge Township, page 808, I found the following: Clark, Samuel, farmer, section 17; P.O. Denmark. Pleasant Ridge Township is on the northern edge of Lee County. Mary Sue
