Many of Mary's siblings move to Oklahoma, Kansas and California. Most of Mary's family had previously lived in Mcd, Ill. however they had many cousins in Lee County, IA. If W. V. Minniear is related to your Lemuel Minniear this may be some kind of clue to where Lemuel could be located. MINIEAR born 1854.  I have hit a brick wall concerning this family.  I think Lemuel was married to Emily Nixon Hunter and they had two sons to this union.  Lorenzo and George.  Would love to have any information about this family.  I think Lemuel died before the 1860 census.  Emily then married a John Moots.
