Hi! I didn't find any McGintys but I did find 2 McKenzie's and 1 Billings. John McKenzie - age 27 married Minnie J. Rowe - age 26 (first marriage for both) on June 5, 1901. Hugh McKenzie was a witness. There is a note that there was no return or certificate. Nichols McKenzie - age 23 married Mary E. Trafter - age 20 on June 8, 1903 in Keokuk. The marrying officials were D.F. Alley & S.I. Rutledge, Clerk of District Court and Deputy. Witness was J. Keating. There is a note that there was no return or certificate. Miner Billings - age 27 (s/o Fan Billings and Benie Haskins; born in Wyaconda, Clark Co., MO) married Lennie Haskins - age 18 (d/o Tom Haskins and Mary Hisl; born in Granger, MO) on October 2, 1902 in Keokuk. J.C. Fowler, J.P. presided and witnesses were T.J. Parrott & D.D. Hanington.
