I am trying to locate marriage records of a Mary Ann Cahill Ryan to a Francis M. Smith. It would have taken place sometime after the 1895 state census and September 1896 in Dubuque, Jones or Jackson Counties. Would it be possible for someone to check on it for me. I tried Vital Records Dept. in Des Moines with no luck. Also any suggestions for other resouces would be appreciated. Thank you.
