According to the WPA list from Jackson County, Peter Hintgen is buried in the Catholic cem at St. Donatus which is in Sec. 7 Twp87N Range4E. The Jackson County Genealogical Society in Maquoketa apparently has the WPA list/1940, Veterans List/1936, Cemetery Survey & Index, AND "We have transcribed the records of the church--baptism, marriage, death.
