I am wondering if any one knows if Ira WILLARD had any borhters or sisters or his parents in Jackson County Iowa ............. Ira Willard married Della Tozer and settled in Jackson Co. Baldwin I think .....Ira and Della were my great grand parents and I know that Benjiman Tozer was Della's Dad and her Brother was Charles B Tozer .........I know nothing about them and wonder if any one has accesss to any history of Jackson Co books that might mention and of the sir names TOZER........WILLARD............OR NORTHROP.......Thanks for any responce ...........Betty
