The couple were married for ten years prior to adopting Christina/Christiana when she was five or six. They were not related to Christina/Christiana's family, but they were close neighbors to one of the cousins of the family. Other than their names and the 1900 Census info I found for them, I know nothing about them. Would love to have any additional details.
