He married Marie Catherine Kinkel, born 1823, died November 12 1890, also buried in Springbrook. Their daughter, Johanna (called Anna or Annie) was born November 15 1857 in Jackson county Iowa. In the 1880 Federal census, she was keeping house for her brothers Peter and Cristian on Peter's farm in Jackson county. I would like to find out more about the family; the Seilers are a line I need to work on. Looking forward to hearing from you. Barb
