I don't know why he appears as the author. It should be Loretta Nixon. Nathan was my 2nd great-grandfather and the father of Franklin Dalbey who married Catherine Ann Johnson. Franklin Dalbey's family lived at Bowen's Prairie, Jones County, Iowa before moving to California.
