Kelso, Louis F. Altfillisch and Eli Cole, Jr. left Monday evening for Lake Preston, South Dakota. We understand that they contemplate starting a bank there, which is to be conducted by Mr. Altfillisch." Unfortunately I don't have the newspaper's name but believe it may have been the Bellevue Leader. It would have been last part of Mar 1899 or first part of Apr. Just thought it might be of interest to someone.
