Through one of Pauline and Adolph's grandsons I obtained copies of information about the Berendes family written by a nun - this must be your aunt. I would be interested in exchanging information. I have found out some of what happened with the Steinke/Berendes family (not all good, unfortunately), and would like to see what you might know about the situation and find out more about the Berendes family.
