I have a lot on him and his decendents but lack info. on he and his wife Mary Ferguson. I know they had at least 7 children but I only have three sons and one daughter listed. Do you have any information on the other siblings? The Eunice that you found is the daughter of Justice and his first wife Elizabeth Budd. She married James Dale in Decatur Co. as his second wife. Justice lived in Decatur Co. after leaving Jackson Co. They are on the 1860 Census for Decatur Co. I do not know when and where Justice is buried. He may be buried in Dale Cemetary,Decatur Co.
