He was born 3-13-1953, and adopted by a Tutt family in Muscatine, Iowa. I know all first names, and will gladly provide them, if this sounds familiar to anyone. The man who was adopted is the father of my two kids, and they would like to know about their birth Grandparents. I would like to know for their health history. Thanks for any help.
