I have an ancestor who may be the one involved in the above titled case. This case is cited in 164 NW 335 and 1 ALR 523, 528 (I have lookded at these. It is a case that originated in Iowa, listed as 181 Iowa 210. Both the REYNOR and the MACKRILL listed may be ancestors of my husband. They lived in both Jackson and Jones couties, variously, between 1845 and 1925. I haven't been able to find the text of the original case, 181 Iowa 210 online anywhere, but I may be looking in the wrong places! Could someone who has access to the case reports for the state of Iowa please check this case and see about sending me the full text of the case?
