According to the WPA list from Jackson County, Peter Hintgen is buried in the Catholic cem at St. Donatus which is in Sec. 7 Twp87N Range4E. The Jackson County Genealogical Society in Maquoketa apparently has the WPA list/1940, Veterans List/1936, Cemetery Survey & Index, AND "We have transcribed the records of the church--baptism, marriage, death. 14 January 2002 Looking for any information regarding Henry W. Foster, b.1820 Erie, PA, married Sarah A. (Forbes?) b.1828 in Erie, PA. Henry and Sarah moved to Stephenson Cty., IL and from there to Union Twp., Sabula, Jackson Cty., IA. They are recorded in the 1860 Census. They had the following children: George C. b.1851 IL; Willard S. b.1853 IL; Augusta W. b.1857 IA, m.George Haynes, Sabula; Francis A. b.1860 IA; Jennie F. b.1862 IA, m.Lyman Haynes, Sabula; Mary b.1869 IA. Henry's brother, Peter B. Foster was one of the early settlers of Waverly, Bremer Cty. Peter moved from Stephenson Cty., IL to Waverly in 1853. There may have been other brothers in Riceville, Mitchell Cty., IA. Henry W. died in 1883 and Sarah d. 1893 and are buried in the Evergreen Cemetery in Sabula. I would enjoy corresponding with anyone who might have additional information about this family or the family of Peter B. Foster. Thanks in advance. Judy

I do know that in 1894 the name was spelt Hines as that is what is on My Granddads birth certificate.Would you have any dates and places to go along with these people???? For Joesph, I have his parents were William and Faith (Porter) Boothby. Joesph born 1782. For Samuel I have parents Thomas and Mary (Green) Boothby. Samuel, I have no dates on.
