Mary Levergood Sutton is listed in his will as living in Iowa. Peter was a rather learned man and was a commissioner on the Pennsylvania Canal. What do you know of Mary?

    3. I have an ancestor who may be the one involved in the above titled case. This case is cited in 164 NW 335 and 1 ALR 523, 528 (I have lookded at these. It is a case that originated in Iowa, listed as 181 Iowa 210. Both the REYNOR and the MACKRILL listed may be ancestors of my husband. They lived in both Jackson and Jones couties, variously, between 1845 and 1925. I haven't been able to find the text of the original case, 181 Iowa 210 online anywhere, but I may be looking in the wrong places! Could someone who has access to the case reports for the state of Iowa please check this case and see about sending me the full text of the case? I know this is a lot to ask - but I need to know the details of this case. Thanks so much! She died in 1896. Her husband, Silas Lowe may be there too, and possibly some children. Their children were Alice Lowe, who md Ashley Beers, and is also buried in Bridgeport. Also, Charles Phelps Lowe, who md Mary Jane Reed, and had at least one child, Bertha Lowe. Sarepta and Silas may have had one other child, Fannie.
