I am new on this list. Let me introduce myself. I was born and raised in Henry County, IA. I attended William Penn College in Oskaloosa, IA and now live in Knoxville, IA. My roots are deep in Quaker ancestors. Some came as early as 1837 (MENDENHALL) and as late as 1875 (HALLOWELL) to the Salem area. My mother's line is all Quaker and my father's line goes back to many. My web site has all of my Quaker ancestors who came to Henry County.
