Kenny was born Jan. 3, 1942 in Council Bluffs to F. Ray and Ethel (Olsen) Fulfs. He was married to Karen Bonham, Aug. 14, 1993. He graduated from Tri-Center High School, Neola, in 1960, and attended Dana College, Blair. He served in the United States Air Force. He was a charter member of the Missouri Valley Fraternal Order of Eagles Aerie No. 3876, and served as president and past president. Kenny also served as a member of the FOE 3876 Joint Memorial Team, and served as treasurer and trustee. He spent his working years in agribusiness, working for Cargill, Valley Fertilizer, Terra Chemical, and King Agri Sales. He retired July 28, 2006. Kenny loved going to Arizona in the wintertime, cooking, playing cards, and going to his grandchildren's baseball games. He was preceded in death by his parents and his first wife, Nina Fulfs. Survivors include: his wife, Karen, ! Missouri Valley; son, Perry Fulfs and his wife, Holly, Seattle, Wash.; daughter, Deanna Radcliff and her husband, Dan, Palmyra, Va.; brother, Ben Fulfs, Missouri Valley; stepsons, Gail Hatcher and his wife Cheryl, Council Bluffs; Monte Hatcher and his wife, Michelle, Logan; three grandchildren; and seven step-grandchildren. Funeral Services were held Oct. 18 at the Church of Christ, Missouri Valley, Pastor Ron Wymer, officiant. organist was James Doty, vocalists were Britt and Mike Liljedahl. Honorary Casket Bearers were: Jack Bertelson, Bob Busson, Dean Andersen, Doug Short, Kenny Clinkenbeard, Jerry Bertelson, and Chuck Shook. Casket Bearers were: Forrest Gochenour, Stewart McDunn, Jerry Wortman, Larry Jones, Frank Salter, and Kim Bertelson. Interment was in the Grange Cemetery, Honey Creek. Flag Presentation and Color Guard were by Julius F. Muller Post No. 337, American Legion, Missouri Valley. Memorials may be given to the Joint Memorial Team c/o Eagles FOE 3876, ! Missouri Valley.
