I do know that he was in Douglas County Neb in 1900. He was a Civil War Veteran. In 1920 he is listed as living with his brother George and family as a 77 year old. He is listed under the Harrison Co Probates in 1922. George W Powers died in 1930 according to his headstone in Linville Cemetery. Are there obits available from that time period? I have pictures of Geroge's son Winfield Scott Powers and his daughter Frances with unknown husband. George and Virginia Powers also had two other daughters...Jessie and Ruth.
