Eisenach Anderson Grundmeier Oct. 21, 1936 - May 12, 2007 Logan Herald-Observer 5/23/2007 Eileen M. Grundmeier Kucirek, 70, passed away May 12, 2007 at Omaha, Neb. Funeral services were held at 11 a.m., May 16 at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Logan with Pastor Jerald Firby officiating. Organist was Janice Perkins and vocalist Rick Powell. Selections were, "In the Garden," "Wind Beneath My Wings," and "Love Me." Casket bearers were Jim Knotwell, Tedd Bosworth, Donnie Clark, Court Oviatt, Robert Harvey and Griffin Knotwell. Final resting place was the Logan Cemetery. Eileen was born Oct. 21, 1936 to George and Olga Eisenach. She graduated from Yankton High School in South Dakota and South Dakota State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree. Eileen worked as the Public Health Administrator for Harrison County for more than 25 years. She enjoyed dancing, bowling, softball and tending to her flowers. Survivors include her husband Joseph Kucierk of Omaha, Neb.; sons Jim Anderson and wife Karie of Lawton, Okla., Richard Anderson and wife Joyce of Pensacola, Fla., John Anderson of Harlan; B.J. Grundmeier of Cedar Rapids; step-children Denise Knotwell and husband Jim of Lincoln, Neb., Michelle Keeler and husband Mike of Eden Prairie, Minn., Blake Grundmeier of St. Dodge; five grandchildren; 12 step-grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; sister Grace Flesche and husband Don of Kalamazoo, Mich.; brother Eldon Eisenach and wife Val of Tulsa, Okla. Eileen was preceded in death by her parents, husband William and granddaughter Stacie.
