His wife, Martha born 4 May 1862 in Wisconsin, DOD 28 Oct 1898 in Persia, Iowa. Three children: Levi A. Cook, DOB 28 Feburary 1881; Joseph Emenzo Cook, DOB 3 Dec 1884; and Joel Cook, DOB unknown. Frank, Levi, Joseph & Alydia appear to be buried in Valley View Cemetery, Union Twp, Harrison County, Iowa. Alydia Cook later married J. Oren Hammond on 27 June 1887 in Persia, IA.
