I should have given more information. What I have is that there was a Mark Billeter born 1788, d. 1880 married to a Mary Patterson who was born 1800, died 1872, had daughter Rebecca who was born in Indiana, married a Benjamin Butts. She was his first wife. She died about 1856 in Harrison Co., Iowa. Butts second married Martha Essley Hillman (widow).They lived in Harrison Co. where both deceased. I have also listed a Jebdia (Jebediah?) a Jas. A. married to a Margaret McAllister, and a Martin who was born in Clay Co., Indiana. an Alice and an Amanda. Any connection.
