Daily Nonpareil Council Bluffs IA Jan 8, 2005 LOGAN - Dale E. Foutch, 75, of Logan died Jan. 6 at the Westmont Care Center in Logan. Survivors include his wife, Louise, of Logan; sons, Steve and wife, Adell, of Waxahachie, Texas; Rod and wife, Dawn, of Missouri Valley; Jeff and wife, Dee, of Council Bluffs; grandchildren, Jerico, Dustin, Andrew and Rannette; sister, Delores Birks of Logan; sister-in-law, Marilyn Foutch of Logan. Visitation with the family will be Sunday from 7 to 8 p.m. at the Logan Memorial Chapel in Logan. Memorial Service will be Monday at 11 a.m. at the funeral home. Military honors will be conducted by Veterans of Foreign Wars Post No. 6256 and O'Hara Seeley Post. Burial will be at a later date in Bethel Cemetery in Logan.
