He graduated from Central City, Neb., High School in 1989, and from Northwest Missouri State University in 1993, with a degree in ag business. Randy worked as a Commercial Ag Lender for First National Bank in Omaha, Sibley and Blair before going to work for Farm Credit Services, Harlan, in September of 2001. September 18, 1999, he married Melanie Lubbers at the Woodbine Christian Church. Randy was preceded in death by his father, Larry, in July of 1995. Survivors in addition to his wife include two sons, Wyatt and Layne Francis, Woodbine; mother, Connie Reeves, Central City, Neb.; sister, Jennifer, and her husband, Greg Lani, Fullerton, Neb.; and brother, Brian Francis, Palmer, Neb. Visitation continues today (Wednesday, April 14) until 4 p.m. at Fouts Funeral Home, Woodbine, and from 5:30 p.m. at the St. Patrick's Parish Center, Dunlap, with a prayer service at 7:30 p.m. Funeral Services will be Thursday at 10:30 a.m. at the Christian Church, Woodbine.
