Daily Nonpareil Council Bluffs IA Nov 25th 2004 Glen S. Graham, 87, of Council Bluffs died Nov. 23 at Northcrest Care Center. He was born Oct. 23, 1917, in rural Logan to E. Bert and Isabelle (Stewart) Graham. He previously lived in Persia. He moved to Council Bluffs in 2001. He was a farmer in the Persia area and retired in 1979. Mr. Graham and his wife, Rhea L. (Kemmish) Graham, were married July 7, 1941. He was preceded in death by his parents, two sisters and three brothers. Survivors in addition to his wife include daughters, Mary Jane Bargenquast of Council Bluffs, Linda Martens and husband, Allen, of Council Bluffs, Kay Waters and husband, Michael, of Omaha; sons, Darreld Graham and wife, Judy, of Council Bluffs, Kenneth Graham and wife, Linda, of Treynor; 13 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; sister, Reba Gash, of Logan; brother, Vern Graham, of Missouri Valley; nieces and nephews. Visitation with the family will be Friday from 6 to 8 p.m. at Cutler-O'Neill-Meyer-Woodring Funeral Home. The funeral will be Saturday at 10:30 a.m. at Persia Community of Christ Church with Elder Kirk Parsons officiating. Burial will be in Valley View Cemetery in Persia, followed by a luncheon at the church. Memorials may be offered to Persia Community of Christ Church or Persia Fire Department.
