She is a member of the Eastern Stars and had lived in Council Bluffs for twenty three years. She leaves her husband U. S. Manchester; three sons, Earglaze, Milo and John Manchester, all of Council Bluffs; two brothers, Frank Philbrook of Council Bluffs and Dr. F. B. Philbrook of Sioux City, and six grandchildren.
