He is survived by his wife, Marilyn; son, Matthew Petersen of Urbandale, Iowa; daughter, Sherri Anderson and husband, Michael, of Brownsville, Texas; one grandchild, Jessica Dooley and husband, Brian, of Royal Oak, Mich.; brother, Leroy Petersen of Omaha, Neb., and his half-sister, Arlene Costanza of Fremont, Neb. Visitation with the family will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday at the Hennessey-Aman Funeral Home in Missouri Valley.
