H. Barr, living six miles west of town. Mrs. Barr was eighty-three years of age and has made her home with her son and family for a great many years, moving here from California with them some seven years ago. She was connected with the L. D. S. faith and Elder J. A. Donaldson conducted the services. Interment was made in the Woodbine cemetery. Note, she was the husband of Alexander Barr, a Civil War Veteran of Harrison county, Iowa.
