    3. There is a way to correct it. For a while after you make the correction, there's a little yellow triangle beside it the interpretation that the corrector gives. I've come to the conclusion that some human being takes a look and decides that you are right. I've corrected two in 1930 Nebraska: They transcribed Ethel Garner as "Athel" and Leonard Chambers as "Chomboro". I believe the 'Athel' and 'Chomboro' are now gone, and the index is correct--but I haven't had a lot of time to play with it as the FHC where I volunteer is often too busy for me to do research of my own.
