Daily Nonpareil Council Bluffs IA July 24th 2004 Beryle E. (Grosvenor) Valentine, 85, of Council Bluffs died July 23, at Indian Hills Care Center. Mrs. Valentine was preceded in death by her parents, Bryan and June Grosvenor; husband, Russell Valentine; three sisters and two brothers. Mrs. Valentine is survived by her daughter, Valerie Brockman and husband, Lyle, of Council Bluffs; grandchildren Jeff Brockman of Harlan, JoAnna Letz and husband, Michael, of Council Bluffs, James Brockman and wife, Kristi, of Council Bluffs; great-grandchildren, Victoria and Erik Letz, Chase Brockman; sisters Ruth Snyder of Council Bluffs, Roberta Carver of Watknsville, Ga.; sister-in-law Carol Carroll of Fairmont, Neb., brother-in-law, Marion Valentine of Council Bluffs; many nieces, nephews and family. Visitation with the family will be Sunday from 6 to 8 p.m. at McCurdy Funeral Home. Services will be Monday at 10 a.m. at the funeral home with the Pastor Aaron Simons officiating. Interment will follow at Ridgewood Cemetery.
