Mrs. Plambeck was preceded in death by her husband, Harry William Plambeck, on June 8, 1999. They were married in 1943. Survivors include sons, William Plambeck and wife, Barb, John Plambeck and wife, Ruth, Jerry Plambeck and wife, Carol, Jim "Sam" Plambeck and wife, Tracy, all of Persia, and Robert Plambeck of Portsmouth; daughters, Mary Herkenrath and husband, John, of Fremont, Neb., Janet Mortensen and husband, Robert, of Oakland, Patty West and husband, Robert, of Des Moines, Lori Reinig and husband, Dan, of Molino, Ore.; sisters, Anna May Cordoya, Mildred Weihs, Dorothy Ross, all of Council Bluffs; brothers, John Greiner and wife, Berniece, of Minden, Lawrence Greiner and wife, Belva, of Silver City; sister-in-law, Mary Greiner of Neola. Visitation will be Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. at Pauley Jones Funeral Home in Harlan and 6 to 9 p.m. at St. Mary's Our Lady of Fatima in Portsmouth with a wake service at 7 p.m. The funeral will be Saturday at 10:30 a.m. at St. Mary's Our Lady of Fatima in Portsmouth. Burial will be in St. Mary's Cemetery in Portsmouth.
