John GOODLAW, a colored man, was found dead Monday in an old house about a mile south of Hamburg. The deceased has been a resident of Hamburg for about thirty years and was a hard worker.--Apr. 22, 1904. Lavina S. GOODWIN.--The first bural in TAbor of a cremated body took place Tuesday. The ashes were those of Mrs. Lavina S. Goodwin, an aunt of Mr. H. T. Woods, who died in Boston on May 31 of this year, aged 88 years. The body was cremated in Boston and shipped to TAbor for burial, the ashes being encased in a hermetically sealed half galloon copper jar.--Nov. 26, 1911.
