John Thomas O'NEAL, born in Fremont county - died Sept. 20, 1899 aged 49y 7m 23d in Madison township; bur. Mt. Olive; team ran away with him Tuesday evening while on his way home from Hamburg. He had nearly reached his home when he was thrown from his wagon, breaking one leg and otherwise injuring him so that he died at 5 o'clock the next morning; an old settler; services at Mt. Olive church.--Sept. 21, 1899. Mary K.
